Although that is a Volvo 300 series that he crashes on purpose, i still think Clarkson is a brilliant man the way he picks on cars.

That countach is good looking, and really special, but i believe him to his word that is runs like crap.

You may be missing the point.

I think we love our 340/360's because one of it's charms is that it's a bad car!

Clarkson is a prat but an entertaining one and what he has to say about thr 300, to us lot, means nothing.

Look at that iconic British classic the Mini. Crap! It's basic, slow, poorly put together and therefore commands a massive following. The Volvo 300 is more or less the same.

I love mine! :D

We however must keep this to ourselfs. Why?. Well because crap cars have a knack of becoming classics and therefore expensive. Look at the Mini.

Haha, I also remember him describing the Volvo 340 as 'the worst car ever built' I still love watching Top Gear though.

TBH by the time a 300 is a few years old and all the suspension gets a bit worn, it starts feeling sloppy and hopeless.

The steering play was probably the rubber doo-dah worn on the steering column ;)

Spot on, they aren't 'great' cars but they sure are fun.

What does TBH mean?
Leather, leccy windows and mirrors, snowcap, foglights, open air filter, black roof upholstery. What more do you want? >a 2.3 turbo!
