Well time tells how this thing ends. At this point my legs are almost killing me, i haven't walked or runned this much ever. And my heels are quite sore of standing.
And yes its nice to know that you are able to use worlds most common machine gun...
Oh, oh, you're in the army now

philipino speacial forces are hand to hand, knife, stick fighting specalists.
Also have an interesting slap-combat discipline.
Open hand apparently conveys more force than fist, and distributes over a wider area too. if your techniques good.

Hi tourniki.
Cant believe i have never seen this thread before. Good luck to you and well done. My daughter has been a serving british soldier for more than six years now.She loves every minute of it.I must admit it was a worrying time when she went to Iraq, but that is all part of a days work. Good luck and stay safe.
Cheers Mark.

Re: Oh, oh, you're in the army now
Hi again.
Few weeks have gone quite fast and we have done loads kind of cool stuff. Like sleeping in a tent which is max 10 people tent in our tent were 11 people and huge pile of wood. Guy sleeping on my right was sleeping almost completely on my sleeping mat and guy sleeping on my left was almost completely sleeping on me, not very comfortable i can tell..
And also i have been selected to Team Sniper. Yeah thats the name of the team literally. And no i'm not learning how to shoot with a proper rifle what snipers use. I'm learning how to shoot with the bloody machine gun. I'm getting quite good shooting at not moving targets 98,something out of 100 in simulator and with real gun 6 out of ten were inside of the circle of nine. So not so bad but still loads learning needed.
And few pics.
Me in almost full combat gear. Snowsuit, gun and few other are missing.
Erm.. Guys what the bloody hell you are doing? That was first thing what i thought when i went in to the room.
Well all is now as it should be.
This Happened last weekend. One room mate lost his keys.

Thanks. I have to say that i hate being in the army. I want to be at work where the real money moves. At the moment i earn about 60 euros per month. When i was at work i earned about 100 euros (tax incl.) per day. So bit depressing but luckily in about six months i'm back where i want to be.MCHUDD wrote:Hi tourniki.
