• £950 record price for 340 on Ebay ?

I wonder if anybody saw in the flash the 340 last week on ebay ( went for £950)that had been in storage for 17 years. What was it like for rust underneath as my car same vintage rusts parked in a garage.

Not a record price, but a fair one imo.... looked a verrryyy nice car!

That tidy mk1 1981 345 GL (hilariously, almost exactly the same (bar doors) as my £200 1981 343 GL...although admittedly, my car is scruffier!) went for £1150 or so a while ago.

It read to me that it'd been in an underground-style garage...i.e. more of a storage lot than a garage. I think the condition speaks for itself!
