Just few bad pics so far, I add more when I get better. Ixus 75 decided to take bad pics from some reson (read: I messed up with buttons).

Garage building outside:

Garage building inside (bad pic):

I bought it with all that stuff, there is load of old 'treasures' from 50's 60's and 70's even some I have no idea what they are :D

So need to find out all and such.

There is also strawberries growing at one corner etc, don't even know all :P

I put more pics later. Questions and comments are welcome :D

Thx from comments :)

It does indeed, at some point I plan to install car lift there, but must check measurements for that, could be that I need to make some changes before that, it does need quite bit of work when installing such.

It is old tractor repair shop, there is some manual pages at wall still + tools and stuff like that.

I thought that was the house, but if that's the garage... :D

Looks like you'll have a nice bit of space. Those old bits and pieces sound interesting; post pics if you can't work out what anything is :)

Nice one, Jani - that looks like a fine place.

So, are you putting down roots? Are you going to find a lovely girl and raise some rosy faced children?

Time travel to 1960's
http://jtbo.pp.fi/images/house/IMG_6817.JPG Taxi meter ;)

There was also yellow taxi sign and roof rack so I could put those to 240 and it would be illegal taxi

Plan is to renew house slowly and to pay loans off, could take some time, but after that living should be easier a bit, nobody has told me from any girls and kids so far and haven't got much plans of such, I'm fairly enough busy with cars, work and now with house too ;)

Another angle from garage, it measures 7 meters x 4,2 meters.

Bought today some air tools and compressor, also also that thing that makes water spray at 100bar pressure and is handy to clean wheels and such, whatever it is called, pressure washer is what we call it in finnish (direct translation), also angle grinder got new home.

Still few things to get and some things to sort out, just so little time at the moment and next month will be even more busy, month after that starts to be bit uncomfortable as 2-3 weeks away at once.

Thx from comments guys :)

There is sure lot of space, but also there is lot of work, as it is originally build at 1950 and extension has been made at 1970's most of surfaces are almost 40 years old, all structures are then nearly 60 years old, naturally there is then need of some repairs and improvements.

It is process of several years to get everything done, maybe 10 years or more, but I think it is worth it, as house seem to have nothing major wrong with it.

http://jtbo.pp.fi/images/house/IMG_6809.JPG
Here you can see bit of kitchen, which is one of most important areas that needs work to be done, need to remove everything and build new closets after new wall surface has been made, also ventilation system need to be installed to kitchen, costs $$$$ sm16, well should not complain as that is still rather easy task and relatively good value for money.

Oh yes, changed img tags to links, so much easier for your connection, and I have only 1M connection so was bit slow to load ;)

The older the building, the more interesting, even if there is some more work :)

Although you look to have a lot of work ahead of you, it gives you the chance to do whatever you want with the place. And you'll be increasing the value of the house with every improvement :)
