Just got a call from a mate, it has topped a fantastic week.
A friend of mine died last week, so we had to travel form melbourne to sydney for the funeral, i left my car at a friend house who lives closer to the airport than us so he could come and pick us up on saturday, he moved it out onto the street so he could mow his lawn, and some drug fucked idiot has managed to come down the street and side swipe it hard enough to drag it out onto the road and completely demolish it.
That's all i know for now. i'll post some pics up when peter emails them to me.

That really sucks, sounds like you've had a bad week
Hopefully you can get another 360, and use this one for parts. Here's to hoping your luck improves

Sorry to hear about your friend.
About the car, if that would be in here I'd fix it because we don't have too many 360s (especially GLTs) in a condition like that what comes to body.. Everything in here is more or less rusted. Destroyed axle can be fixed. When we still had our GL Turbo, my welder changed a leaf spring hanger from the right side because it rusted off the body.

I doubt this could be fixed , i can see some pretty bad body and undercarrige damage htat won't be easy to fix, and it looks like it has torn the shock clean out of the rear strut tower. i'll head around there on sunday and give it a final decision on what can be done.

Really sorry to hear all of this mate. Hope you have good luck in finding a replacement or at least a good payout from the insurance.

Ouch. I'm sorry about your car, and very sorry about your friend. It's tough when these things all come at the same time ...
There have been a few 360s on Aussie Ebay recently, maybe one of them's of interest? That is, if you've a mind for cars at the moment

Sorry to hear about your freind. I've been to 2 funerals in 8 days last week. When it rain it pours.
As to the car it could be repaired I think but the cost would out weigh the price of replacment. If the body has twisted it will never drive teh same again. I have repaired an early amazon that was involved in a similar crash but the rear wheel did not get hit. The front end was a right mess.
What is the crack with insurance over there?
