I noticed a slight leak from my black 360 earlier - strange place though, from the boot floor, it's odourless so I'm presuming it's water but it's coming from the hollow ahead of the spare wheel well......??
Also, what's the cure for when the reverse light cover comes loose from the rest of the cluster - I used to notice it these cars when they were common and the n/s has worked itself loose somehow on the black beast....

I would say its probably trapped water in the wheel well.
As to the lense I would think a litttle glue should help keep it on

Trunk lid seal perhaps allows water to run near boot lock down to sparewheel area and then it collects there, it is happening with my car too.
Make sure you keep holes open so water drains out and does not rust places.

I had moisture problems in the back, also water getting inside the hatch door itself.
I spent $3 on a tube of black polyurethane and squuezed it in between the glass and the spoiler and along two sides of a metal trim at the bottom of the glass. Dragged a rubber thing over the wet stuff and it is a tidy job, can't even notice it. No water gets in now.

Are your rear clusters loose by any chance?
If your boot seals are good and the problem is still there it will be the foam seal on the actual rear clusters, water finds it way past them due to rusted metal work into the boot sections where it then leaks into the spare wheel well.
Chances are the foam will be in good condition.
Also check behind the numer plate for rust if its screwed on.

The actual wheel well seems bone dry - the water was coming from the area of the boot floor ahead of the well (between that and the axle) - what is contained in that area, any ideas?

Could be boot seal that is at top, if it drips to carpet from there?
