While driving my Turbo i noticed that i can't get second gear engaged without using lot of force. Stopped in parking lot of local fuelstation. A bit feeling and changing gear stationary car while engine is idling. When clutch is released first gear is a bit pain to engage second try is engages fine. Second gear needs almost everytime quite bit of force to engage it.
At first thougth that clutch isn't releasing properly. But after bit of reading in finnish forum and it seems that gearbox is going to die soon.
And i'm so p**sed off by that.

It seems that M46 boxes don't like burning rubber and fast gear changes.
I might aswell do the last thing with it but first i have to get new box. But it may blow the diff aswell because it is still open diff. I was going to buy new box, difflock and new chip maybe more in the summer if i get work for summer.
But for now it seems that i have to do my daily driving in a 250cc KTM endurobike.

Comming weekend I have a big 3 day demo show, gonna drive it till it blows hehe..
next gearbox is ready to get on.

Yes destroying standard Volvo gearboxes seem to in fashion these days

. It wasn't long ago when one fellow finn broke gearbox in his 760 Turbo.
Also it is a bit odd that my 'box jams in second gear sometimes.

It isn't nice when you are on the road and some part in the driveline breaks. Once it happened to me. I was about 200 km from home and propshaft joint decided to break. Damn that towing was expensive.
