Completly stripped the car down today, no interior,glass and sunroof etc, getting her ready for body work/respray...but i'm having some major trouble with the door pins...broken a punch already trying to get them out...any advice on this as they ain't moving much.

If you can find someone to lend you the special tool from Volvo I'm sure you'll have a better time getting them out. The guys who did mine (the hinge pins were still available as of last Autumn) couldn't get them out either - until they borrowed one from a Volvo garage.
