My vovlvo gear box in my 340 1.7. how much power can it take? are they easy to fined?

If you want to, you can kill it with standard power. If you give the synchromesh a little time it wil probably take 200 bhp (for example) for a while.

It's about Nm's however. An 2.0 16v would be better for your gearbox than a 1.7 turbo with the same bhp. As the 1.7 would have more torque.

Is it for drifting? You can also take a 1400cc gearbox. (probably 4-speed, but it doesn't matter)
