I might be interested in the various vario bits and pieces, but there's this problem of shipping... I bet it would double the price

Yeah, I had help from a mate, and my brother fetched tools in between messing about with his viva. Was about 14 hours all told, including lunch breaks. I'll start a new thread for G542AHK, as there's lots to do on it.
