Gremlins!

Post by jtbo » 21 Dec 2008 05:37 pm

#¤%#¤%"#%"%¤ bastards.

They steal my socks, I look everywhere and what I found is only 10 that are 8 different pairs and I'm pretty sure I did buy pack of 10 pairs not less than month ago.

Any of you have managed to catch those kind of Gremlins yet?

This is very much of not natural occurance, must be at least paranormal, I put used ones to basket and on laundry day to machine, then to drying and that is not more than 4-5 meters they move and yet they disappear faster than my breakfast

Would explain if here would be some other person putting them to closet, but I did check even from under the bed where bogeyman lives and even him was not there.

So frustrating, again tomorrow I need to get new ones, soon I better make order from factory as I consume them faster than shop sells....

Sounds familiar. At my workplace all right hand gloves disappear. Once i searched if i could find a pair of gloves. Not a chance i found 4 or 5 gloves for left hand and only one for right hand and the one for right hand was 2 sizes too small.

I found that them maybe could be Elves too  But probably more like darn Gremlins, even North Pole is not that far, in fact I have driven past it several times if Santa's village is at North Pole ;)

Hmm. Possibly but only elves i have seen around here are either me washing hydraulic excavator with powerwasher or what ever that thing is called in far too big rain gear or my colleague washing harvester in that same rain gear and he is smaller than me. I can tell you it is quite funny looking scenery

I buy my socks in bulk - same black socks (cotton without stripes), minimum 20 pairs ;) Then it doesn't really matter if one or two go missing or get thrown away.

Tip of the day: IKEA has, or at least the local one does, small hand towels for 0.25 eur - they're perfect for many car-related cleaning tasks. And if you can't be arsed to clean them after work, at that price, just throw 'em away...

You must ask them, was it this monster they are talking about:

If it is that monster, then we know what it looks like and can plan a trap for it or something

I suppose mail man can't deliver as he would die even it would be wrapped to plastic?

I found plastic bag full of shocks from warehouse, now I'm pretty sure that I have not done that, must be cleaning lady when she was last time here, but I wonder what purpose she have had in mind doing that :?:

Yes, I'm lazy bastard, I don't clean myself, well that is mostly because of my job, I don't really have time for cleaning, so need to buy such services.
