What cheapie bike carbs can one get?

Iam trying to get some bike carbs (cheaply) for project 2 of the bigger projects i have. ive seen BIN on ebay 35 quid BUT what i need to know is what size/off whichbike/name would i need to run an engine of 1.6-1.8 8v.

Make sure whatever you get you can get different sizes of jets and emulsion tubes, I couldn't find many when I was looking that could actually be tuned without drill bits.

Though, when it comes to drilling jets, Jani is the man!

Bikeshops can do a lot for ya, with jets. But keep in mind indeed.

For a 1800 I would go for a 40mm or max 45mm. Watch for that. Some carb's are smaller...!

I hate bike carbs its soo hard to find stuff out about them.

will 34mm be ok for a 1.6? (HONDA CB600F HORNET carbs)
