They weren't closed when I found them: they had been opedend to get a fuse. A shame, don't havind it unopened! I'm not going to use them; is a shame, and before twenty years, they maybe won't work as properly as a new ones.
I've found some other interesting things, I'll post them soon

In Spain you have to take a bulb kit in your car, if not two, because I've heard of people stopped two times: the first, the police to tell them that they had a broken bulb, and the second (stopped by the same cops), to be asked about the secondary bulb kit, when they had used it to replace the ligths just some kilometers ago

That's entrapment! I'll bear that in mind if I ever drive in Spain, wouldn't fancy having to bribe a traffic cop.
