hi, noob on lookout for a nice 3something
i seem to have followed a trail from fiesta turbo.com and retro-rides and found this place, i'll be hovering about because i have a real urge to get a 340 or 360 in 5 or 3dr, it just seems like the right thing to do.
Re: hi, noob on lookout for a nice 3something
Welcome!
You certainly are on right tracks here, have you thought about size of engine yet?
360 has 2ltr engine and 340 1.4 or 1.7, some earlier had 2ltr, that was before 360 came to market.
With 2ltr engine there is torque tube running from engine to gearbox (that is at rear of car), so replacing clutch can be bit more of work than replacing a clutch for 340, but nothing impossible.

Welcome man. FRST FTW
I just happened across the place after buying mine from a local forecourt. The tetris design and 2.0 motor dragged me in lol.
Do it. I've driven/owned a few cars of this era and nothing feels as good as these. Well impressed for the age - oh yeah not to mention they are a riot.
