the best car ever to me is custom, a factory will never be capable of producing a car wich in my opinion will be the best, since they're allways out for money and production phase is allways rushed. further it's gotta be a car made for driving very FAST, you don't need it to take you to the mall or to an appointment. so you don't care if a box of beer doesn't fit in the trunk, you don't need all the luxury like sound deandening, passenger seats to take your girlfriend along or any other item that can be considered luxury (synonim for unnescasary weight ). all you need is a shitload of horsepower, rear or 4wheel drive, a seat and steering wheel that make you actually feel like a bolted on part of the car, and a undercarriege that can make full control in the most highspeed bends possible and let's you feel every single move of the car perfectly.

i believe Felix Pailer is the man that has quite well succeeded in that part with his 520hp hillclimb Lancia Delta Integrale,

third place gotta be a jap, since i've allways admired the japanese engineering skills when it comes to engines. a twinturbo 2JZ equipped toyota supra mk4 is a dreamcar for me, boosted up to a minimal of 800hp
