Stick on side trims

Post by valman » 03 Mar 2010 09:08 pm

well decided to take mine off today, they were peeling and i wanted to see what it would look like without them. i actually prefer it. but couldn't believe it that the previous owner used SUPERGLUE to stick some of it on   but after a long time scrubbing with a petrol, all seems well :D but its damaged the paint for sure as im yet to see it in daylight
what did those of you, who removed the side trim, use to get rid of the sticky residue?
thanks all :D

Sticky stuff remover has never failed me. It'll take a bit of time but it will come off eventually. Use an ice scraper to help it along.
