I would be needing proper springs as the Spax springs which Spax labels "340/344/360" aren't suitable for 360!
Well.. they do fit but the coil thickness isn't adequate for the weight of the redblock, coil thickness is less than with stock 360 spring.
I was a bit sceptical when I installed those two years ago as I've seen probably ten times when stock 1.4/1.7 springs have been installed to 2.0 and coils have snapped quite soon.. Now two years later two coils snapped of from the co-driver's side spring.
You can see by eye that coil thickness equals 1.4/1.7 thickness

My car needs to be get through MOT at august so I would need some new springs quite soon.
Current ride height in front is 325mm from the center of the wheel hub to the lowest edge of the arch and it's OK so I don't need insane lowering.. but I wouldn't wan't to install chopped stock springs either though if I can't get through classicswede in time I'll have to do that as temporary solution to get the car through MOT.
