3342055 is the one I have, that's the one all the Aussies have that the DVS strut brace has a notch to clear.

I'll check the part number on the other boxed one, I have mk2 and mk3 ones around if they are different to do a test with.

I am also looking for replacement resistor pack, the 'caged' four terminal type, Part No: 3210094, if anyone has one for sale, new or used ?

Kev, that may well be the type I have (if Sion is looking for an exact replacment.)

I'm happy also to sit down and fix these faulty ones exchange, so don't anyone go throwing these things out!

I've been through my spares today, both my packs are broken :( I'll do some more digging to try and come up with a solution, but in the meantime can anyone help Sion?

Just an update, I have sent my dodgy resistor to MacP, and he's having a go at fixing it. I'll keep you posted.

Having seen him take my MTS radio apart, increasing the wavelength, and fiddling it all back together with not a part left over, I'm sure it will be a success :-)
