passenger side lower wishbone and tension/torque rod!!

hey guys, had a run in with a kurb and lost!!
ive done some damage to my front passenger side lower wishbone, and i managed to bend the tension rod!

so if anyone has either going cheap let me know asap!! im in london by watford so the closer the better. if not postage will have to do.

Have you checked that is hasnt bent the mount that the tension rod bolts to, and that there isnt any ripples/creases in the chassis around that area? I remember a thread on here a while ago saying once the car creases in that area its not possible to fix. Thomas.................

Oh yh i gathered that Just, as the rod isnt exactly thin, it might have damaged the mount etc tis all, Thomas...............

mount looked fine luckily! just that and the snapped lower wishbone! still driving it though like a boss
