340 1.4 propshaft/tailpiece bearing/prise axle

Does anybody know where I can get a new bearing and prise axle for the tailpiece of the clutch housing? And does anybody have a used propshaft (between clutchousing and gearbox) for sale?

Bearing is a standard bearing. Something like a 6003? Measure it.

Depends on the engine, 1.7 is a standard bearing encased in a load of rubber so it's not an easy job to fit a new one.

You'll have to find me some pics, as I'm not overly-familiar with these 1.7 beasts.

Title states it's a 1.4.. B14,4S to be precise.. Axle got foobered by the propshaft, so I just want to put a new one in. Heard that it would be best to change the bearing while at it..

No idea.. It's still on the car.. My daily, so wasn't planning on taking it off before I have a new one.. More anxious about the prise axle though..

I have one from a B14.4E (comlplete bellhousing atm, on a scrap block) any idea if that is the same?

Supposedly the only difference is E uses a Cat where the S uses Pulsair.
Any chance you'd sell just the axle and measure the bearing?

I'll have a look at it over the next few days (it's at my parents) if it's easy to get the axle out then yes, if not it depends

Where abouts does it need to be posted to? (Though I think the S was only Sweden?)
