Collision Parts required: 360 GL 1986

Post by jimf671 » 07 Jan 2007 08:48 pm

Oops! Why would somebody trying to make a living out of breeding cattle let them wander about on a A-Class road?

It was only a little cow: calf. The little ones move a lot faster!

Anyway, LHS headlamp and indicator, radiator and various front left corner bits will be required. Possibly bonnet. Possibly wing.

Anyone got anything "in stock"?

Hi, I've probably got some stuff, however the distance could prove to be a problem. Are you a member of the Friends of the Volvo 300? The chap that runs it is located in Scotland, Dunblane, so he might have the local knowledge to help you. If you're not a member I'll PM'd you his address and contact details.

Euro Car parts used to do 300 panels, and might still. They definitely do rads, SteveP bought one recently.

There's a business in Bathgate called Hadrian who recently had all sorts of 300 panels, Adam (340GLT) has had dealings with them.

Lights appear pretty regularly on eBay, but I'm sure Pete would be able to sell you one from his personal scrap yard :D if no one else can.

Also keep an eye on eBay for radiators - seems to be a good time for NOS to be sold off. I got one for Nessy (a 340 1.4) for £28 delivered. It needed some very minor adaptation for the temp sensor, but worked out AOK.

cheers
