my english is bad but i'm trying too make me understood !!:D i need a coplete i don't know haow is whrote that...the 3rd pedal (first is the gas and the brake )and i neet a .....3 pedal i dont't know!!!geez...man...hope u know !!!after someone wrote me how it calls then i'l be able too tel what i want !!!pls help me

I'd assume it's a 1.4. I bought an eBay special clutch for Nessy, and it turned out to be the same as a Volvo one. I think it cost £25.

Cable for speedometer is tricky. Volvo no longer make them. There was one on eBay the other week.

Injection pump...not sure about quite what you mean! Fuel pump? Accellerator pump on the carburetor?

What do you mean Volvo don't make them, I bought one from them 4 weeks ago

(having forgotten I bought one off Mac 6 months before that

) If you get the new Volvo one, you will also need a new drive as teh cable is a bit different, but Volvo sell those too for a quid or so.

Someone else may know more about diesels, but AFAIK the 340 Diesel used the 40 kW (54 PS) Renault engine. How about looking for R5s, R9s, R11s, Rapids for parts? They might be more common in Romania.

hay man ...i don't need a renault...a need a volvo for other parts not just for the motor.... i need door handels the seats..mine are very ugly and body parts !!can someone help me ???:-s

Renault motor is very similar to Volvo's ( in fact Volvo has Renault motor with 1.4, 1.7 and 2.0 Litre ) so 99% of the parts are the same. You can use them to repair your volvo as well.

I'll ask my parts guy next time I'm down!!! Thats gonna be a bit special, not only do they not make the orig, but they don't make the new either? Think I'll keep hold of the old drive when I remove it...
