Thanks, mate, I'll try to get it from Europe, but if I don't find it, I'll mail you for sure.classicswede wrote:I have a cold start valve that is just over a year old. I've mailed you. Thousand tanks!classicswede wrote:I have a cold start valve that is just over a year old. I had one of the last ones in stock from Volvo. I might have some of the wheels. Would you be interested in a part set of 2 or 3 wheels?
Thanks for the info! I really had no idea I could do this with another system. I would prefer to get the original computer but if I get nothing in a short time period, I will consider this option. Would it be really difficult to install the hall sensor? Where would it be fitted? I'm not bad at DIY stuff, but not really a genius...Ride_on wrote:Not sure what your going for but the MPGuino gives plenty of functionality of a trip computer for an injected engine. You just need a speed sensor, and build it into a box or your dash, mounting etc. bit of a DIY job. Apparently 440s have a sensor that fits into the 360, but a standard hall sensor could be fitted to the speedo to pickup the internal magnets.
I'm currently looking at a 2nd generation version with a smaller display to fit in my 940 dash.
Thanks! I'll consider it. This unit looks great and just needs a 'Volvo' emblem on it!Chris_C wrote:The trip computer is a branded version of the zemco zt-4 if you want to widen your net too.
