Lowering blocks & front springs for 340 saloon

Hey looking for lowerIng blocks and front springs.
any advice on how low I can go and how to tell how low I can go would be great!
I'm looking for some land rover rear shocks too.
This my first Volvo so on a learning curve any help would be great.

no lowering blocks for grandads
1" for tarts
2" is a good lowness generally just get over speed bumpes
2 3/4 looks so fucking cool and leaves you with very little space but is awesome
let me know what you think i might be able to make a set up for you and you can choose your size,
im looking into manufactoring parts like dai does but not specificly for volvo just anything you want done
including turning milling grinding drilling all bearing wise stuff
we can pretty much do anything
as i am in the middle of redesigning my engine once its posted you will see the level i am at!!!!
