Hi guys just got a volvo 340 1989 F reg 1.4 in grey.....

after driving it about a mile after getting it home the front passenger strut has collapsed!

i am after a new one, im in cardiff south wales, postage is preferred if possible but willing to travel a short distance...


are the 340 and 360 struts the same ??

360 struts are different, they have an extra mount for the ARB drop links. hope that helps!

so i couldnt use a 360 strut on a 340?

i would have thought so as the 340 ARB mounts on the lower wishbone, however im pretty sure the damper and spring rate would be way off due to the 360s having heavier engines
