Hi John,

don't forget the part number ... You never know, even if someone may not have the item now, in a few months or years' time, someone may just type "Volvo 326****" into Google and contact you that way.

CH up to 339650 (that'd be sometime in the 1977 model year (306000-346559)) - what is your chassis number exactly?
3269292 Trim moulding L
3269293 Trim moulding R

CH from 339651
3278393 Trim moulding L
3278394 Trim moulding R

A Google search for
volvo (3269292 OR 3269293 OR 3278393 OR 3278394)
is no help at the moment unfortunately ...

Long items are pretty expensive to post from Germany. It makes no difference if it's a spoiler, a bumper, or a long piece of trim unfortunately.

No problem! I'd been meaning to dig out those details for a while now ...

Cheers

Hello again chaps...

As you all know "MARILYN" (my 1978 V343) is back on the road again after spending a nice holiday at my local panel banger.
I am still in need of one small item to finish her off completely...a two piece spare tyre strap.

Does anyone know where I can locate one of these ?? ??

It's the rear Cargo Area (Boot) light and (obviously) mine is only 1/2 there.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

Hi John.
I have a few latter modol ones. I would think they would be the same.
I could do a test fit on the Bannana and let you know if you want.
Cheers Mark.

Cheers Mark. :D

I only discovered the remnants a few days ago after I took the panel off to adjust the seatbelts. Imagine my surprise!

The caps for up to MY85 at least also work, as I had to fit a spare I had from my '85 car to my '79 car last week. (I don't have any more to send to you though John, I'm afraid!)

Think (?) I may have a set of wiper caps on the way from Holland...not sure, hopefully.

Does anyone know where I might locate a set of Black Plastic foot well trays for my 343 ?? ??

(Just like this set in my Volvo 66)

I actually only have one piece for the O/S rear but would like a complete set.

Hi John.
I have a good set of those but God knows how
much it would cost to post to the US. They are
exellent for preserving the carpet. My carpets
are like new because of them.
Cheers Mark.

Bless you my son....

Just for giggles could you inquire at Royal Mail or Fed-Ex ??
Weight is not the issue, nor the size....depends how greedy they are.

Hi John.
Bad news i am afraid. Now, these floor trys are not worth very much
so i think the price of postage is way out of order.
The parcel comes in at just under 3.5 Kgs and Fed Ex wanted, now get this { are you sitting down } £119.45
Royal mail wanted £43.60. Not quite as bad but still i think to much for all it is.
Cheers Mark.

Cheers for checking M8, It is appreciated.
I wonder why it is that I can ship a parcel weighing in at 4.5 kilo to the UK via airmail (because they discontinued ground and/or sea post) for less than $ 40.00 (26.00 quid)...
...but going the other way (to USA) it would be $ 67.00 (44.00 quid) ????
I don't quite understand the logic Mark.

So, I am still on the hunt for a set of nice floor trays. :| :|

@ Andy (Hell Driver)...

The parcel arrived safely this morning containing my new boot light. Many many thanks M8. It will be installed before I go to the car meet later on today. :D :D

Hi John.
If you know anyone heading to the UK, I could send them to a UK address cheap
and they could perhaps bring them back for you.
Just trying to help.
Cheers Mark.
