hello mark, yes mate...car still progressing slowly, been side tracked with other projects. Just bought a £100 1990 vario, which i am breaking....as a side question, i dont spose you know how the stereo , heater switches, vents etc come out? the dash center bit lol
Re: 5 door front manual window regulators
Hello mate, hello man, pop the little black cover pieces at each side of the radio off with a cloth-covered screw-driver. The radio can then be unclipped and pulled out, various plates and brackets inside the centre console can then be unscrewed and the heater controls pulled out.... Memory vague but I did this sort of thing a few months ago in a morning to replace some light bulbs... Vents unclip at the top centre, if its not broken already ;-=
... I forgot that the radio surround has to be prised out with something big and hooky which is a bit of a mare but not too bad....

Re: 5 door front manual window regulators
hello mate, yes i've just done it thanks a lot, bit of a mare as you say as everything seems so fragile and didnt want to damage anything..just working out how to disconnect the heater controls/sliders- without breaking anything.
