Early exellorater cable.
Early exellorater cable.
Hi all.
My 1981 cable snaped yesterday. I managed to get it out and
replace it with a latter modol one. It works , just about but i realy
need one a bit longer. Its not coming onto the rocker cover at the correct angle.
If no one has one , does anyone know whe to get them made. Have thought about
Seedy Cables but thought i would try here first. Here's hopeing.
Cheers Mark.

Hi Mark, I'll give you a bell later.
Luke, What are you talking about? Poor Mark has accelerator cable problems and you're wittering about speedo cables...

What later one did you try? I have some 360 bits but not a complete cable. I can't remember what the 340 looks like.

Re: Early exellorater cable.
The one Mark is looking for is peculiar to the MY81 RHD B14.
The engine end is on the rocker cover and not a bracket bolted to the manifold and the pedal end is forked like the later ones. So it's neither early or late, but a bit of both!
@Mark, Did you get my email?
