Restoration parts

Hi all, currently in the process of restoring a 340, as you can imagen I'm having trouble tracking parts down, managed to buy a drivers wing and sills so far.
I know there like hens teeth but I really need a front valance or full front panel, will even buy one that needs some work alone as it's straight (mines been badly bent out of shape aswell as badly rusted so it's just not fixable). Could do with a passenger side wing, and black front door cards. Someone must have some parts tucked away or know someone that has.
I've been ringing and emailing round a few companies about getting some repair panels recreated for the front valance and front wings, but obviously I will have to track down some good condition parts for them to copy. Hopefully people can put the word out.
Thanks in advance

evening.
You will be lucky to find a front valence, i sold my NOS one a little while ago.
There is a plan of making fiberglass ones, however it is time for me to get around to doing it (and to learn how to do it)
What wing are you after Mk1,2 or 3?
what else do you need?
Ben

Yea I'm not getting my hopes up on finding a valance, contacted a guy on ebay a while back about buying one that needed some welding but he just kept telling me I was to far away and stopped replying

I would have traveled for it but he wasn't having it. Yea I was thinking about fiberglass wings and valances, I've got a mate who used to do fiberglass ing for a living and made some of his own wings, he now runs a bodyshop could be into somthing.
Not sure what else I need off the top of my head, I'm going to the unit later to work on the 340 so I will update my post asap.
Think it's a mk3 mine, 1989? No indictators in the wings. Cheers for your reply mate
Thanks

Yep that's a mk3 a mk2 wing would fit but you would need to weld up the hole.
I have a very good condition mk3 valance, needs a bit of work on it, very small section, I want to get it fiberglaased up, make a mould etc.

It's not a complicated process, but I imagen you have to be good with fiberglass, I'm not so going to have to get my mate to help me out with things
Cheers

If you depanel the front valence it is much easier to repair and reshape. I combined the best bits of 2 cars, just make sure you trial fit the wings before welding the valence back together.
