1.4 Dl wiper motor

i pricked up my wiper motor running it on a frozen screen today.....

anyone with a spare and a price?

Are you sure it's the motor? The metal at the base of the arms is super weak, and usually goes before the motor does if the wipers get stuck. Just worth a check, easier to change and cheaper!

I could well have a spare - unless Andy has still taken it, but I think he might've got one from 'alternative sources ;)' So, Andy.. can you confirm you don't need my spare? Say £10 + P&P?

i'll have a look at the arm tomorrow. it was dark and cold and snowing when i broke it. the motor might be ok. it sort of limps about but will freely spin 360...

it may be that the arm nut has come loose
