Rear external door handles

Has any got any lying around? Both of mine don't work, removed one of the handles to find that there was nothing attached to the arm that pushes the lock open, and a rather obvious snap mark (I was going to take a photo but forgot). Maybe possible to remove a bit of the doorhandles, but had no working one to compare to.

Or does anyone know of a decent breakers yard in the (north) London area that might help me?

Cheers,

Erm, I might be able to help. I'll have to check if left and right are different on the rears........ I'm not sure if they have a connecting lug both sides for the rods so they are universal or not.

pete> The one I disassembled looked pretty asymmetrical, I really doubt they are universial. At very least the bolt-hole would be on the wrong side.

jarlidge> Yes, yes it would. However It's a bit of a trek over there, would you mind going to the effort of posting them? How much would you want for them?

I'm round that side of the M25 next weekend (well, will be provided the car works!), and I do like the free part :) sorry Jarlidge!

Nev, will give you a ring once I'm sure of plans, but are you likely to be about Saturday afternoon?

Cheers,
