Dear Volvo Mania

Could you please help me. The radiator of my beloved 340 Volvo has a serious leak, I have tried "stop leak" fluids with no success and need another radiator.
I have tried lots and lots of breaker sites but cannot find one.

If anyone knows where I might source a radiator ( preferably with a heat
sensor capability )I would be eternaly grateful.

saw your email on volvo300mania.com - try volvospares-uk.com or volvo vince (search for him on ebay) - both are pretty good suppliers of parts. First though, i would check its actually the radiator thats leaking, not somewhere else in the systrem - if you're reasonably capable under the bonnet, take each water pipe off (there are lots of them, they're the black rubber things) one by one, and check them visually and by filling up with liquid for leaks/cracks. You can get replacements from any scrappy, or halfords sell the right stuff. be sure to put grease on the hole (when you put them back on to re-make the seal), and if you have dificulty getting some of those clips off (mine were rusted) i'd reccomend useing a socket, rather than a screwdriver.
