Weber Carb for 1987 1.7 340 GL

The name pretty much says it all, I'm having endless trouble with my carb, does anyone have a Weber carb that would bolt straight on??

I did... but it went to Josh, who then sold it I believe.

For what it's worth DON'T. The weber replacement on the 1.7 is sh*t, has less things on it (read doesn't work properly) and doesn't give any more power no matter who tells you it does (I have dyno's of both somewhere). Get a working solex, and you're life will be VERY hassle free. (Granted, 99% of the time the only way to get a working solex is to get a solex and a refurb kit, but those are cheap).

Yeah it could be worth a try to refurb it then, its only just had new floats. what else does the refurb kit come with?
