Any 300 dif should bolt up to the box.
Look for the different coloured tags that show ratios-yours should be 3.27/1 most common is orange tag 3.64/1 if I remember.
Plenty in breakers yards I would think if you can't get sorted on here.

cheers mate, didnt realise they would all fit,so if i got one of a 1.4 or 1.7 it would lower the gearing,as im useing it for hill climbs etc that would be be better, cheers gus

1.4 will give you 3.82/1 so look for one of them.Unless you can find a super early one then 3.91/1
Our kid has a 4.78/1 rare Swedish special but will be 3 figures to buy.Cost him 150 :x

Or alternatively I've got a 4.63/1 Atlas in the shed

Aye, as in straight out of a P100 diesel.

They're the 4.6 in a heavy duty casing-5 stud shafts so you'd need some Gp4 shafts.
These axles are the ones loved by the rally lads due to the h/d axle casing and the 4.6 CWP is a favourite for circuit racers.

Gave a ton for it wouldn't take a penny less.
Tek some shortening to fit a V300 baby, baby Atlas

Look for a 1.4 Diff and bang it on 13's you should notice an improvement off the line 340pw

3.27 to a 3.82 is all good for climbing hills. Some 50 profile 13's also help.

3.82:1 is nice in a NA 360.

I've got a few 3.91:1s, but they're 4 speed...not sure how easy it'd be to make the pinion fit the 5 speed casing. :)

cheers
