Hi people,
is there maybe anyone, who has a leather interior, but wants to have 'racing seats' in the front or something like that..
Because I have an leather interior, but the front seats aren't so good any more, so I'm looking for new ones.
The back seat is still in very good condition
'volvosneverdie', don't you want to sell your frontseats?

i havnt even SEEN mine yet!
Chris still has them.
And i dont think i want to sell them.
I cant believe the condition of your rear seats. Thats amazing!
Theres a lot of good leather refurbishers/menders around these days, and ive seen seats in worse condition than your fronts restored to 'as new', so if you cant find relacements, maybe it might be worth your while having them refurbed?

In both seats there is a hole ..
But I know someone with seats, that are also bad, but better than mine. If I can't find other seats, I will restore those

Volvofreak...I have access to a pair of front seats. I don't know of their exact condition, but I've been told they're "pretty good"...and I imagine much better than your rather worn ones! Would these be of interest?
cheers

That depends on several things:
- how good are they (I can get 2 seats, but they aren't pretty good, but better as these one's)
- is the seller willing to shipt them to The Netherlands, or is there an other way to get them here?
- The price
Do you have a picture?

I'll probably pick them up anyway...someone will want them. I'll get some pics when they're here.
I head to Germany from time to time, so I could get them at least fairly close to you.
cheers

The guy who is pulling them for me has a friend who travels to mainland Europe pretty regularly. He says he can deliver them to you for £50 (plus whatever the seats cost). I suspect you'd rather travel and meet me in the summer...
cheers

Because, without a pictures and the price, I can't say if I'm going to buy them...

Right, here's what I have.
Full leather in very good condition for a saloon. You could use the covers to re-trim a hatchback backrest. Hatchback leather is pretty rare...much more common in saloons.
I've paid £70 for them - £20 each for the fronts, plus £25 for the rears, and £5 beer money to my mate for getting them. My mate will deliver them to the Netherlands for £50. Pictures are supposed to be on the way...
Right at the moment, the rears are with me in Lincoln, and the fronts are in the Luton area, near the M1.
cheers
James

If they are in good condition, I'm very interested in the fron seats.
Maybe you can send only the 'cover' to The Netherlands? Because the seats I have allready
I'm in no rush, so if anyone is comming to The Netherlands this summer, that's okay..
And remember, I live in Born, the V300 town, sow that's the place to be
