Hey I have a 340 1.4 dl that I am giving the valver treatment to and am in need of a few bits.
So if anyone has:
1.7 bell housing
1.7 front engine mounts + beam
1.7 sump (if im right in thinking this will help the f7p clear the steering rack)

I think that’s all i need for the conversion? Soon find out.

Could you let me know if u have any of these bits as it would be greatly appreciated

a lot more bits required. you wont need the beam if your 1988+

cheers saved me getting another beam, yer think there is a few more bits needed still, think i need the 1.7 rad hoses? not too sure about what else? cheers , Ben

1.7 parts:
sump
engine mounts
bell housing
clutch cable
clutch
rad hoses
alternator mounts

16v parts:

coil pack
map sensor
etc

cheers for the help i have a bit more of an idea of where to go from here now, i don't suppose you know what flywheel i need as the 1.7 bellhousing i have got doesn't fit over the f7p flywheel??

You almost definately have a 1.4 bellhosuing then.
