Boot carpet and FM stereo wanted

Post by Ian Mac » 07 Dec 2009 11:34 am

I could do with a boot carpet for my new 340 if anyone in or around the West Mids just happens to have one going spare. I would also like a genuine Volvo FM / MW stereo unit in good condition please as mine only has MW / LW.

Cheers,

May have a 300 FM stereo, no idea if it's any good though - it came in a parts stash, I'll dig it out!

I have a period Volvo MW / FM stereo spare too with a non-working tape deck but an intact AVI traffic information button. Not that that helps much, it only ever worked in Germany anyway and they switched the system off last year ;-)

bottom right:

The boot mat responded well to ironing although it didn't do the iron much good - it took me about an hour with steel wool and WD40 to clean it up afterwards. My wife was out fortunately......

I'm still interested in a cheap local stereo if anyone knows to one anywhere.

Cheers,
