diff regurgitating....

i recently made a long trip down to victoria from queensland, its a 24hr drive... lol
the car was heavily loaded as i have moved down and had all my junk packed in to it lol.
it was quite an eventful journey with my muffler deciding to break free when i got to sydney which is about halfway in the trip and various other incidents lol thankfully nothing too major tho.

but getting to the point lol...

after a couple days of being here i decided go over the car and check everything just to make sure everything was ok and i noticed that 2 of the bolts that hold the rear casing of the diff have disappeared lol and diff oil seems to be coming out of the breather hose when i drive as it is everywhere under the back of the car lol.

i have never touched the bolts on this diff yet so im guessing they just came loose and rattled out whilst driving on all the bumpy roads here etc.
and the only time ive ever heard of the diff oil coming out of the breather like that is if its been over filled... but i havent put any oil in it as it had the right amount of oil in it already when i got and put it my car and this has never happened untill now lol.

does anyone know what going on or experienced anything similar with their diff???

im replacing the bolts and checking the oil and everything tomorrow...
just wanted to see if anyone has any theory as to why the oil is coming out of the breather so much...
