Hi:) I'm thinking about to start a drift project based on 360 with b230ft. I don't like 360 rear suspension cause there are leaf springs. I want to weld e30 beam to Volvo's the one that carries differential (red on photo)

So i will have to make coil springs basements. Maybe adjust shock absorbers to fit volvo's installation points(i don't know how are they called correctly

) Swap process seems to be rather simple, what do you think? i have no special experience, hope i can manage this.
Underneath photos are from 340, is there any essential to such swap difference between 340's and 360's bottom? Maybe someone has photos?

Not sure what you mean by bottom. 360 gearbox and diff mounts differently to the car. There is only 1 cross beam that bolts to the middle/side of the diff using right angle brackets and bushes. The 360 gearbox bolts directly to the engine on the end of a torque tube, the drive shaft is completely different. if you want to run a B230FT you'll need the 360 running gear, either that or you have to severely rearrange the gearstick area and widen out the chassis to fit the B230FT with gearbox attached to the engine, then fit a live rear axle.

Do you have photos of 360 gearbox and diff mounted on the car?

I don't understand the need to change the rear suspension. On paper a DeDion live axle is much more apropriate for drift (or other motorsports) than a crappy semi-trailing arms setup.
If you want to replace the leafsprings why don't you fit coil overs and 4 link plus watts or panhard setup? look over here:

Anyway, I now I'm being a pain and if you decide to go ahead with the conversion all I can say is great! looking forward to see the work.

I should go for JPV's solution for easy and cheap drift quality, but i'm interested in your solution so do try
Here's a good picture of a 360 gearbox mount. Due to the torque-tube, there is only 1 rear beam that acts as a 3rd engine-support. In the enginebay, there is only 1 support-point on both sides of the engine.
You can see the beam, brackets and the gas-tank on both sides of the gearbox:
