I got done by a man with a gun more than 2 weeks ago. Not sure if I'm safe yet but it was 50 in a 30 (duel carriageway) so I'd think they would want to prosecute me

I have a letter of intended prosecution and that too was on a non residential dual carriageway, was doing 61 in a 50.

However my mate got a "yellow card" the wek before for speeding they sent out a know your speed leaflet , which clearly state a motor car on a dual carriageway can do 70mph so they send out conflicting views. I know i'm just moaning coz i got caught but don't state one thing then mean another
