Absolutely not on a B-plate (84?). That came in for the 88MY (E platers, generally). It can be added, though, if you're really that keen. You need a rack, lower half of the column, downpipe...and a pump / reservoir / hoses assembly.

Hasn't got PAS and doesn't need PAS. Steering is real light - helps to have the fronts pumped up to 35psi. Great feedback on fast road driving. This is a RWD, manual everything car - The only thing lacking from stock is an extra 75bhp, but this can be had with a little red block fettling, then you have the perfect 80's coupe.

I would love to convert mine to pas, how much for all the parts. Could be put on my care while the engine is out being rebuilt.
