newbiee with a mk2 360glt

Post by aus-volvo »

Hello from Australia!!
ive got a mk2 volvo 360glt bought it as a little project
for me untill i get my lisence!
its got just over 100000kms its mint condition
in australia its a bit low on parts! im willing to lower the car 2inch alround
but ive heard that you can use ford escort mk1and mk2 blocks for the rear??
and i can get the front coils custom made!
im also saving for custom made extractors and 2.5 inch straight threw exhasut but
keeping the muffler standerd just to give it a orignal look and im pretty keen to get
some 13x8 minilite wheels! just to make it look neat
being only 16 years old and part time work at woolworths it may take a while
ill put some picks up of the car and proggesion of the mods
Cheers Lincoln

Hi,

That seems a nice motor - very low klms as well! Always good to see more Aussie 360 owners here - and you're right about the dearth of parts!

Let us know how you get on with it :)

Haven't Woollies gone under in the UK? I know they weren't doing too well when I left the UK in 2008
