lowering block bolts fail

it turns out the bolts i got when i lowered my car werent high tensile
so anyone got the right ones for a 2" drop?
ill need all 8

My experience is the 8.8 bolts are good enough. Nothing ever happend. Stronger bolts could break more easely, the 8.8 should bend. In theory, lol.

No dai , my dad got them. :roll: there 8.8 grade but keep stretching and becoming loose.. :evil: ...

i got mine from a local bolt shop might worth looking to see if theres one around your and deffo go for high tensile ive hit curbs pretty hard and mine have not stretched snapped or anything and it gets abused lol

yeah mine are stretching just from the wieght of the car i think
well i tightened them up and didnt drive the car for 2 days then when i got in it they were loose and rattling again :oops: :oops:

funny; i technically have 3" drop and run 8.8 tensile bolts wich have never come loose! and besides that 8.8 is indeed strong enough.

are you sure you got the bolts up to correct torque?

i running a 3" drop i wouldnt trust not tensile but thats just me
