So heres a curly one for you guys.
The rear passenger door on the 360 wont open. It behaves like the child safety lock is on and the outside handle behaves like it is locked. So how do you open a door without the handles. I don't think I can even get the door trim off without destroying it.
Cheers in advance!

That sounds familiar. The previous owner had the child lock on, and then a part on the door handle snapped:OppositeLock wrote:So heres a curly one for you guys.

To open the door you need to remove the inside trim. make sure you find all the screws otherwise you'll break the trim. Sometimes the screws are hidden under little plastic covers. Then you need to try and poke around in there with a screwdriver to get the child lock off.
Changing the door handles is a nightmare, I failed miserabely, losing lots of skin on my fingers in the attempt, and got my local garage to do it

Re: Door removal - Child lock on & outside handle busted
I had this same problem. You may find that the plastic clips that hold the metal guide from inside the door has broken ..hence the locking mechanism won't release. If the handle outside handle is removed then you can get the door open. however if the door handle is not removed you have no chance. Please be careful removing the door handle.....I broke mine and had to get a replacement door and handle (and get it resprayed)
