Good plan on the stands bud, it's something I've been thinking about for a while and meant to put in when I repaired my jacking points.

I removed the rear jacking points. I make a new design myself. Original ones are not strong enough.

Sorry for the stupid question, but how do rally stands work?
Do they just achor on to the car then lever it up off the ground?

For the front I want a sump protector which is strong enough so I can use it to jack up the car too. But, still need a new jack

Funny you should post the stands up, I just removed my sills and bought replacements for this very reason.

Next stupid question, how do you get the car that high to put the stands in? I find the 300 well sketchy to jack up as it often ends up on 3 wheels the higher it gets.
I take it they slide into strengthened mount/hole in the cill?

Whats the matter with the car i'm driving can't you tell that it's out of style?

you make it so you can jack the front up and the back with a special jack jacking points front and back
look at videos how they do the rally cars and it will all make sense got to be the safest sort of axle stands
