1.7 340 to 1.7 turbo 340 conversion

im new to this site and im intrested in putting a 1.7 turbo engine from a 460/480 into my 1.7 340 ? is this an easy conversion and what extra bits would i need i.e making a loom,rad etc ?
some1 help me please :D
