Rear bumper brackets

Post by Ride_on »

After trying those breaking have still failed to get these. Later single type (2 per bumper). Anything 82 on would be fine if they are not rusted through.

Also as many (chassis side) bolts for them, as you can get off without snapping. Can be difficult to remove, especially the side above the toeing eye, happy to pay a bit more to cover damaged knuckles :-)

Well I got some 340 hatchback brackets, only to realise that the saloon brackets are longer. The chassis mount parts are in the same place but the saloon is longer than the hatch, bumpers are the same.

I'll probably try and weld the longer saloon part to the 340 back, as its not so bad, but they do have thick layered rust so proper saloon brackets would be better if anyone has them.
