New side sill protectors that cost next to nothing!

Hi i have been looking into getting some sill protectors but couldn't find any i liked. So the other day whilst in a salvage yard i had a great idea!
This is the result!

Yeh your correct! Cost me nothing, thrown in on a deal on a set of alloys for my girlfriend! :lol:

Good effort, I was looking at getting a set made a few years ago, but didn't get round to it. Didn't realise the '40's had them on!
