Seatbelts were standardised along with fittings years ago.
They are a gay imperial thread. Luckily every other car in the world is also the same gay imperial thread. Take a set of fractional spanners (5/8" I reckons from memory) to a scrappy and you should find a million.

They're UNF bolts (7/16 I think), the ones in the car I've just stripped rather unusually have UNF and a metric strength grade (8.
stamped on them. Any bolt supplier or good auto factors will stock them, just make sure they are high tensile ones.
