Nah, since 300 action has been slim I've got into brewing. Grain and hops in all the places that used to have 300 parts

Do you do from kits? or are you litterally brewing your own from scratch?

Longer days will help

Get a cat, even better get three cats and make sure they are fully feral ones, after that you will have no time to think unimportant things as you are repairing or fixing dinner or cleaning, if you are really really lucky, then you might have chance to even play with them sometime.
However there is no greater joy than watching them to fool around and having them happily come to you for food, but to get there you need to work quite lot and that keeps your mind off from non important things that will only put you down, that is at least how I manage, most things are failing anyway, but I just don't have time to think about it

Shandy...
Ben, get involved mate. I've done mainly kits so far, just about to bottle up a completely own recipe this weekend. If you do get involved, ignore the instructions completely, they are there to make quick beer rather than nice beer.
If you were nearer I have a spare brewing bucket and stuff you could have... but I bet postage would be an arse

Tried the ale brewing kit once. It was about 12% and tasted like wine. I don't remember much else from that night
